Q: AI features are not working
A: Verify that the required provider CLI is installed and signed in, or that the needed third-party credentials are configured in the app. Check the connection status in Settings before retrying.
Q: Telegram bot is not responding
A: Check if the bot token is valid and your internet connection is stable. Conflicts may occur if the bot is running elsewhere simultaneously. Try restarting the app.
Q: The program won't start
A: Ensure you are running Windows 10 or later. Try reinstalling the app and verify write permissions on the installation path.
Q: Are my credentials safe?
A: Supported secret fields are protected locally with Windows DPAPI when available. TaskPilotSignal does not operate its own backend server, but any data you send to connected third-party services is processed by those services under their own terms.
Q: Pipeline fails during execution
A: Verify that connected external services (Notion, Google Docs, YouTube, etc.) still have valid access permissions. Release builds store diagnostics under %LOCALAPPDATA%\\TaskPilotSignal if support asks you to check runtime logs.
